Deal announcement timeline

Deal announcement timelineBased on all the tea leaves in front of us.  There is a strong chance of a deal in the next 5 business days.   If it goes past the 13th, then this deal is likely not going to happen.   I believe that Pallinghurst and the Quebec government are good with the proposed deal.  The remaining obstacle - they need to get more partners like Softbank and others to come in to close the financing gap introduced with the bond discharge.  I still think it would be great to have an all equity deal at 0.25/share.  When that happens, the price shoots up to alleast $0.45/share.

Funny thing is the lower the share price, the higher the chance of a deal with existing shareholders.   If the price is at $0.25 or higher now, the existing shareholders will fight hard for a higher share price.   And that hard negiotiation will make it harder to complete the deal with Pallinghurst.  A low share price gives more incentive for existing shareholders to participate and ultimately approve the deal.

Time will tell.  Good luck all.
