Let's focus on IIROC HALT vs TSX delisting

Let's focus on IIROC HALT vs TSX delisting Let's focus on the IIROC part with the halt due to news and the TSX review. So IIROC could allow trading to be continued but what if TSX says to delist them..what happends with the shares ?

My understanding is that IIROC did receive the news letter beforehand and they thought best is to halt trading for today which makes sense. This usually is just a temp thing and they will resume soon. But what does TSX have to do with this decision of IIROC and delisting. 

Would IIROC now wait for TSX to review things or does IIROC makes thier own decisions on resume trading regardless what TSX wants to do with them ?
