THE NEMASKA LITHIUM INVESTORS GROUP should create a representation and defense fund for non-corporate shareholders of NMX for the following purposes: Bring together all of Nemaska Lithium's non-corporate investors; To be represented collectively in the restructuring process of the company; Exercise collective force with business, the media and government agencies; Put pressure on the Legault government to protect small investors; Ensure that the non-corporate investors of Nemaska Lithium are an integral part of the restructuring plans and that we will remain so once the procedures with the LACC are completed.
