RE:China Is Locked Downlol phantom... you do realize that there are 1.4 billion people in China and they have a tad more than 17 cities in total? 60 million is a little over 4% of the population! Are you forgetting that China controls most of the rare earth's, without which lithium can only be used as a medical drug. Or, by bidding war did you mean for salvage value... lol
