lmao @ TFSA. NMX is far from being sold for salvage. It is not just up for sale but for investors to JV or a % of the produce to complete the construction. Just wait, the coronavirus is far from done and everyone will be leery with anything coming out of China for now, hence they want to make sure a produce will not have a holdup because workers are quarantined or sick.
