RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Market Rebound PS and the original point I was making was whether LI was 'strategic'.... ;-)

6. BOOSTING THE REGIONS' ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT
Development of Qubec's economic potential depends on the contribution of all the
regions and businesses making up its industrial fabric.
To boost regional economic development, the government is providing more than
$900 million in Budget 2020-2021 to:
— promote regional prosperity;
— develop the tourism sector;
— support regional growth by improving the transportation infrastructure;
— pursue the development of the northern areas. 7. DEVELOPING OUR NATURAL RESOURCES
RESPONSIBLY
The considerable natural resources of Qubec's regions constitute a vector of
economic development. They must, however, be developed in a manner that
respects the environment and the people living there.
To develop our natural resources in a responsible manner, the government is
providing $647.4 million in Budget 2020-2021 to:
— develop critical and strategic minerals as well as public land;
— encourage sustainable development in the agricultural sector;
— support the forest sector.
So many different sections of the budget that could be applied to NMX, but I would be at this all night and so would you be correcting my content (as its impossible to put all content onto this board)..... ;-)
The main point being it is a good budget for any business from the north that is into the environment or green energy. That's not to say NMX will get (or deserve) any part, BUT only that it is available.... ;-D

$90 million over five years for development of “critical and strategic minerals” such as lithium, cobalt, graphite, rare earth elements, niobium and titanium Please note it is not a $90 million dollar investment in NMX this year, but an investment of that amount in various elements OVER FIVE YEARS. That precludes a direct investment in or a bailout of NMX, wouldn't you say? mick1888 wrote: CalAB, the following quote taken from Quebec 2020 - 21 budget;

enough said.... ;-)
