RE:RE:RE:Bad FeelingCiseaux, do you not think it is the Minister still trying to lower the expectations of existing shareholders. With that in mind, that would indicate to me Fitzgibbon already has a deal in mind which will most likely include Pallinghurst / Traxys JV along with the participation of IQ (go back to meeting all three last year). IMHO this will include us, but with really heavy dilution.

For me, the big question is will all the bids be presented to the judge, and can he choose an alternative to what the selection board propose?

That he repeats again that he is sad about the faith of the shareholders is definitevely not a good news.
