RE:The NMX Lithium Shareholders Group
RE:The NMX Lithium Shareholders Group Just a piece of relevant info regarding "class actions"... you do NOT have to sign up or enroll to be part of a class action. If a class action gets going, as a shareholder, you are automatically part of the action... it requires no action on your side! However, you do have the right to opt out of the class action and "go it alone" if you choose, but that must be done formally.
So Alcide, I'm not trying to be a wet blanket here, but where is the money coming from for a class action? Or are you lookiing for a firm to tackle it on a contingency basis? What about basic expenses (excluding fees)? Bear in mind, a firm will probably only accept the challenge if there is a "reasonable" hope of success!

We are now organizing for a class action with another lawfirm on the basis of legal fees based on a % of domages obtained by our group. Our group consists of about 1750 members who have submitted their proxies to us. and who will benefit possibly of our class action. As you know a judge has to approve such a class action. If you are a NMX shareholder and wish to join us sent us an email requesting the proxy form, at nmxinvestorsgroup@gmail.com
