One of the reasons they didn't buy it was the RETAIL shareholders....
Why would you buy it and never make a penny because you have to share with a billion other shares? makes no sense...shareholders needed to be cleaned out first. They might buy out Pal later for more money but atleast the company is clean with no baggage
