GB sold the company to sharks when he did the financing as well as there was nothing left in the company, all future production already sold and promissed...NOTHING would have saved you...
No investor in their right mind would invest new money just to keep all the stupid promisses GB made and share any future profit with a billion shares that GB issued...all promisses had to be cleaned up including the retail shareholders.
