Yes a share buyback can cancel it but this would be costly and unlikely to ever happen If you do not care about dilution you shoud find a different passtime mat

Are you surprised to hear that NMX may not survive the next year? How can you put money into a company that might not survive next year but you put it in for LONG term like 2027? Dividends from NMX? lol When do you see NMX being able to pay dividends? 2098? If NMX survives the next year and gets to production some day, it will be in RED for a long long time... In my opinion NMX will not be able to show positive earnings in years and years, very long term....why? because of stupid deals and streams already made...streams take away future profits. NMX did not grow

You don't half talk some cr@p sometime CalAB....;-D You most likely know as well as I do, only one Steam exists and that accounts for around 14% of total sales. And in addition to that, the Stream conditions are most likely to be broken by the end of December so the same could happen to that as did the Bonds.... ;-) in actual fact I think that is what both IQ and Pallinghurst are hinting at

Here are some flaws in your "non-fiction" fiction - You are going by PL record but you refuse to see NMX record - You can only go by PL record if PL is going ahead with new financing - Yourself said that PL stated that they need to get read of the stupid deals NMX made first (did I not say that like forever now?) - Braking the stream deals are not as easy as you may think and if they do

On the basis PL go ahead (and that is the main risk for me), they would own 24% of NMX (based on a $200m investment), and as far as I can remember this would give them two places on the board. And IQ have one existing, with possibility of more if they further invest, and Softbank has one existing with the same applying if they invest further. This to me is a big change in the Corporation structure

Its about the dividend not the stream...... You are expecting  a divi by 2023 LOL...and that is your way of thinking.
