Bonjour, Une socit qui demande la protection de la LACC n’est pas considre en faillite. En bref, la suspension des procdures en vertu de la LACC permet une socit insolvable de prserver le statu quo afin de restructurer ses oprations et de rengocier sa dette.

When this is a big company, this solution can works BUT in the mostly of case this is just a good way to play with the time and during this time some people ( management ) take avantage of that to fix their position and finaly move away with $$$ and say thank you for your money DUMBOS.
