I don't see anything wrong with trying to negociate debt with creditors .. it's now the best time to do so. They are financially in trouble and creditors will most likely take anything they propose rather than nothing...

I bet this is happening due to something larger they are trying to achieve and that's a deal and finish building what they started.

I know it's hard to swallow the pill but I don't think it's over...

it all depends on mine value as shawinigan is just a not fully refurbished building, but IQ will grasp most of mine value, if anything for retails will be low if any.
