CCAA extended to Nov. 16, 2020

Status of file as at October 8, 2020 On October 8, 2020, following the filing of an Application by the Debtors, the Superior Court of Quebec issued an Order extending the Stay Period until November 16, 2020. We refer you to the Order dated October 8, 2020 for more details.

the "stay order" is protecting NMX from you or anyone else who wants to collect from NMX...I don't understand what you guys are so happy the stay wa extended.

Happy about what, never inferred anything of the sort. Prolonged shareholder agony. Judge Gouin will rule in favor of the IQ/PG bid shortly (in deliberation), the only legal offer.

IMO the judge should be looking into IQ and why it will be taken private along with kicking the shareholders to the curb. Keeping shareholders costs them $.00, the millions of shares are out there all bought and paid for, just eliminate the warrants and options.

I guess stockhouse didn't like my last comment and docked me 25 rep points! lmfao

what do the debtors want and who are the debtors? I've read here that one of the debtors is Softbank and you don't mess with guys like that, they have very good lawyers. If we could hitch a ride with Softbank we could get somewhere hee. If everything was going accordting to plan they wouldn't be extending the deadline again, something is in the works IMHO

Superior Court case ended on Oct. 8th, Judge Gouin in deliberation.
Comment by bigkagan on Oct 14, 2020 3:12pm
so it must be quite a deliberation if he had to postpone the decision by one month, why couldn't he deliberate until Friday, two more days are not enough? The debtors complaint or whoever else is objecting must be very substantive to warrant such a delay

Dont forget softbank could nurture the same ambition as minority shareholder IQ regarding a buy out of the company at rockbottomprices . we thought IQ would never stoop so low .softbank was more likely to try a hostile take over  SB could make a rival bid to scoop the company for nothing . scoundrels are all alike .maybe they will be  forced to  negotiate the matter between ...more

Why are you so anti Quebec? Why do you hate Quebecers? ironic...that's exactly what you you said to me when I said they were corrupt You should have listened Tcheck Everything I told you in last 3 years it's happening to you now....you could have sheltered yourself but decided to bash me instead...Karma is a Biatch
Comment by dalesio_98 on Oct 15, 2020 12:42am
Why do you automatically assume the deliberation is the reason to extend the stay of proceedings when the Plan of compromise or arrangement has not been submitted? -- BTW, Softbank is an institutional shareholder not a creditor.
Comment by bigkagan on Oct 15, 2020 10:38am
it's even better for us if Softbank was a shareholder because now its shares are gone and it's mightily pissed off, we are witnessing now the clash of the titans like that B movie from the '70s, hee.
Comment by dalesio_98 on Oct 15, 2020 2:20pm
Simply wishful thinking on your part.
Comment by bigkagan on Oct 15, 2020 2:55pm
well, if it's such an open-and-shut case like you're saying why they keep delaying the final decision, something is going on that we don't know
Comment by dalesio_98 on Oct 15, 2020 3:25pm
Clearly you are not too familiar with CCAA or BIA.
Comment by Calgary_AB on Oct 15, 2020 6:39pm
there is no clash of no titans.... SB will just call it a loss, claim the tax on it and moves on...maybe a portfolio manager will fire a researcher and that will be it You guys keep talking yourselves in false hopes...when are you going to understand this is a loss?
Comment by phantom666 on Oct 14, 2020 5:17pm
Yes and the judge is taking a long hard look at the SISP. Are you trying to tell me that he can’t make some changes to the proposal?
Comment by TicTacTo on Oct 15, 2020 8:42am
Last mission of judge is to make change to the proposal not his duties, only there to validate that process perform in accordance with law. And by the way, only one offer on the table.
