The group that holds 21% of the shares has presented their nominations for the 4 independant directors. These 4 directors woudl replace the handpicked glencore "independant" directors on the board.

As shareholders, we will get to VOTE on the independant directors at the special meeting in march.

As a reminder, Glencore holds 25% of the shares and 25% of the vote for independant directors. This 25% ownership interest  has historically been quite a hurdle to overcome for shareholders to nominate and elect directors.

With an outside, change minded, group now owing +21%, we have a MUCH better change of replaceing these directors because we are organized and being led by a change agents.

Future looks bright IMHO
