Noranda Income Fund is a Canadian based income trust. The fund owns the electrolytic zinc processing facility and ancillary assets located in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, Quebec. RE:RE:AMF

RE:RE:AMFI sincerely appreciate all your efforts Eric.  However, I don't think this is going to come down to a legal challenge.  Management will state that your claims of how many of the minority share holders disapprove of the board or the takeover amounts to pure speculation.  Furthermore, there is going to be a vote were shareholders have complete control over the matter.

I think it all comes down to what the two funds with large positions do.   If they vote no the takeover will fail, and if they vote yes, Glencore will be allowed to proceed with the purchase of CEZ.  Like many here, I have owned shares involved in takeovers over the years. Unfortunately, it seems to me the market is expecting this to go through. Otherwise, you would see the stock trade at a premium to the current offer (1.42). I hope I am wrong.
