RE:Why are the dissidents accepting such a low offer?Thre is European smelters MAY come back on line this summer; which woudl crimp the economics on the MOntreal plant.

The dissidents did get a reasonable price, and they probably didnt really want to sit on a board with 3 Glencore folks and fight about tghe future of the plant for 3-5 years. 

I will not be changing my vote; it is still a NO. It just doesnt matter.
