Volume
Roughly 2MM shares have traded in the last 2 days with huge bids. Is Glencore allowed to buy shares on the open market as a way to get to their magic number?
Don't they have to declare any purchases? Could someone be buying shares for GC as an agent?
Does anyone have insight on the trading patterns of yesterday and today?

Unitholders holding shares at the close on Jan 9 2023 will be allowed to vote on Glencores offer, any shares traded after this date will have no bearing on the vote and have no voting rights in reference to it. This is clearly stated near the end of the press release regarding the offer.

No chance this deal happens in the current form as it'll be impossible for Glencore to get majority of minority.
