RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Financials

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Financials Hello Dumont

You asked "Do you, 1Student, have any information of some three hour Q & A ,open presumably only to  insiders and large institutional investors ? You have inferred that general view in some of your past posts, but I never saw any such evidence."

I have to ask whether you've been listening to NanoXplore confernce calls since the company representatives commenced holding such conference calls/webinars dumont?.
Last year's quarterly conference calls, one of whch wherein only one question per analysts was allowed and whereafter analysts were invited to partake of what is said to have been a two or three hour long post CC meeting with NanoXplore management, being coupled with the fact that there was quite intentionally no real time audio or video access to the 2022 AGM provided for NanoXplore shareholders who could not be there physically.
You don't recal this Dumont?
I guess you don't frequent the other NanoXplore investors bulletin board. It's there where someone who calls himself SoroushNazarpour made statements to that effect? If you can call that "evidence". It's either evidence of the truth or of someone calling himsel ShoroushNazarpour having quite intentionally lied to me about what he suggested did occur Dumont.

However, back to therecent Q3 numbers.
I agree with you about the company seeming "to be progressing
at a measured pace, keeping to its longer term game plan, not losing site of the core business, commercially viable priced graphene in industrial volumes, while keeping a fairly firm hand on significant resulting opportunities such as battery additives that naturally result from the original graphene technology without risking the core business that makes all the rest possible."

I have to say though. I find that you too are de-emphasizing the VoltaXplore enterprise following yesterday's company conference call/webinar.

Pray tell Dumont. Did Mr. Nazarpour or any other company representative say anything at all about why Martinrea was provided $10 Million worth of NanoXplore shares (which amounts to being nearer to 10x the investment Martinrea International initially placed into it's 50% co-ownership of VoltaXplore) in exchange for Martinrea's 50% VoltaXplore ownership?

Did any of the often seemingly brain cramped and softball questions tossing equities analysts even bother to press hard with such specific questions; one of which being why Martinrea International chose to bail out of it's obligations to the VoltaXplore enterprise and to all other NanoXplore shareholders, especially just before the "GO FID" was announced with respect to NanoXplore proceeding with the construction of the VoltaXplore 2GWh graphene enhanced battery cells manufacturing facility?

I haven't yet listened to a replay of the CC/webinar in order to find out for myself.
