You don't know that $375 Million in capital funding was already previously locked in and that perhaps the two additional manufacturing capacity offtake agreements issuing customers (that's another 1GWh worth of battery cells manufacturing capacity sold forward for a ten year period) have come through with the requisite capital (equity investments, loans, credit facilities, etc) needed to commence and to complete the $500 Million capital acquisition program supporting the entirety of VoltaXplore 2 GWh graphene enhanced battery cells manufacturing facility build.
The required land parcel is reserved, we know the location now, and is likely to be purchased and expensed (see the investment tax credit eligibility for such a expenditure beginning January 1, 2024) during January 2024.
What you should be expecting is more like the Saturn V2 Rocket thrusters enabled "launch".
