Oh, so management is "pleased to announce" that after decades of delay all permits are in place and road construction has a green light to proceed.

Well I'd be "pleased to hear it" if only I'd be allowed to continue to participate in this venture. 

Rohan, if you're going to shaft your minority shareholders, you don't have to insult us at the same time.
