I also think it's too early for a takeout. I've been in and out of these guys for a few years now and just recently bought back in at
.72. Value got too low not to. A takeout right now likely won't be over $1. I'd much rather see them grow organically for another year, get that stock price up, and make some real money on this one. You don't want a great company to be taken out for cheap.

As for comparing them to Westfire, I wouldn't bother. Westfire is a far far worse company, and has been long before this Guide deal.
