Whether it is the houses holding the price or not I cannot tell as I do not have level 2 to see if they are participating. However if it is them, they could be holding the price down because the volume here is huge and they can accumulate millions of shares at prices between 1.05 and 1.1 before letting it go to the next phase. They have the capital to block and make the final drive to touchdown. this is what i would like to call a quarterback sneak in trading.

 

again i do not know if they are in fact holding the prices down. highly likely...but just not sure
