Last day for tax loss selling so if there is a bid, it will be announced after then.  If we make it past friday.  However, they can announce that they have recieved an offer anytime now, with out disclosing the full details for 10 days after.

About the price:  at 1.30 the gain is still good for most holders but I, like all of ya, would like the best they can get.  I think the best is 1.90 if someone really wants them bad.  That's the top end price.  The bottom end offer price could be as low as 1.30 which is a real stinker.  So somewhere between 1.30 and 1.90.  that's a big range.  In my mind, the market is currently saying 60% chance no deal and goes to 0.70, and 40% chance of a deal going to 1.55.  Time will tell.  Can't be a fortune teller.
