RE: RE: RE: Shares

First off.... I am quite sure who stated "that the market had "little faith" in mgmt." I saw that on BNN as well and made sure management saw the clip of who said it, I'll leave it at that....but I was pleased with the response! I had not seen any Insider selling by name, you know on Canadian insider, yet I saw on the TMX that insiders were selling, when they were in the top ten on particular days. I did some checking and it was, I believe a non reporting insider...i.e. a fund with over 10%. I guess Novus never sold it quick enough for some.... I agree the "professor" sure does talk a good game on the tube, but I am most wary if he is in the same stock that I am in.

As for your numbers Thor...   "NVS should expect to receive 3300 x 97500 = 321.75M plus 900 x 45000 = 40.5M possible selling price 362.5M +17.5 option cash divided by o/s shares 212M = $1.79/share."

I believe you left out the debt component in your calculation. I believe it is around 60 million, that is what I used, keeping the info same as your numbers above I got $1.51 per share. I much prefer your calculation and hope it comes closer to that. As I said before there are a lot of components and I find it interesting. I would  like one day to see all the hocus pocus that goes into a sale like that, all the small details....just for curiosity sake nothing more.

I'm pretty tired and sore, I got run over by a big ex NHl'er today, he didn't mean it, he's a good friend. I just got in his way trying to check him....I don't heal up like I used to....LOL
