5 weeks since the data room opened.  No one knows the exact close date, we can speculate though it is between Jan 18-Feb1 area

 

 

So the results could be anounced anytime between now and feb 11.  if you go by closing date is a friday.  anything material would be anounced 10 days later or the 2nd monday.  It appears that the data room didn't close on jan 18 which was 4 weeks but the holiday week would make it more like 3,  unless there is news later today. 

 

Bought a little more at 1.06 today.
