Hard to say what's up.  This 9the process) has been going on for some time now.  Maybe they have already had a few bids that they said no to or call me maybe.  I just think that because of how long it's been.  They would probably go back to see if they can make the bids work afterwards if they have a few to compare.   The chart speaks lots.  It was around 1.05 to 1.10 for the first 2 months then peaked at 1.18 when the timing "seemed" right that an offer would be made then crashed after a 2 week wait on disappointment.  Now some recovery but it looks like the market is thinking a price in the 1.30 area due to the slow goings of the process.  Earlier on it was in the 1.45 to 1.65 area.  Only time will tell.
