I'd like to be adding at these levels too.  It makes sense. Trading back at mid November levels.  For what reason are we at the level?  It's lower than the day they announced they were 'up for sale'.

But I'm just not sure if I want the added risk.  Who knows what NVS management would accept in a bidding situation?  Would they take $1.20?
