Yes aardvark... I'm not holding my breathe on a release coming Monday or next week. Looking to the end of March or during breakup for the parties to negotiate a deal . This is what i was told by a friend who is a bank and seen through a few deals in the past.  As far as a bidding process goes usually the first part is to get get rid of tire kickers and rumor makers who are now out. right now I'm sure meetings to fine tune a deal are taking place. This can take several weeks.

 

In the meantime if the bid process is actually closed and some people actually know this. Its material and the BOD should release an update. Shouldn't they?
