ardvark11: How do you get to the company being worth $1.50? Their 1P reserves were only $1.01 last year. Even if you assume a generous 25% increase, you only get to $1.25. Nobody pays 2P; not even worth looking at. Before the sale announcement, the stock was at $0.90. To get to $1.50, you'd need a 67% increase to what the market considered fair. If one was to pay $100,000/flowing on their oil only, you get to $1.37 at their exit rate. Don't get me wrong, it'd be nice, but I don't see it being worth that much. If an offer comes in at $1.25, I'd sell me shares, take my money, and walk away satisfied.
