Tomorrow, the Q2 results should be released and I expect them to be favorable. Q3 results should be exceedingly good considering the hike in the oil price the first week of July, therefore, I am disappointed that the SP is so low / undervalued, but am happy that the company has not sold for the sake of a sale. If I read the year end statement remarks correctly, the company has a book value of $377M (even subtracting debt that is significantly higher than $1.15/share) and I expect that the BOD are correct in not accepting "stink bid offers". If the company continues to increase revenue, production and profit eventually the "stock manipulators" will wake and push the SP to its proper value. Anticipate year end revenue $118M, net income $16M and production of 4750 -5000 boe/d which makes for a successful venture.
