RE:RE:IIROCNaeden, I agree with you who cares how long it takes, I believe that mgmt. is getting fair value for their asset. This deal needs to get board, shareholder and Canadian govt. approval before anything happens. This deal is important to both companies as having your stock suspended is not in the best interest for all parties. Presently, I think the company is/has held a BOD meeting to finalize the details with warrants/options being a priority (approximately 22-23M shares which would generate another 17.25M when exercised) with the SP being 2.09 - 2.44 plus any incidentals. Great job done if the numbers come to fruitation.
