Spoke to IIROC

Spoke to IIROC
I called IIROC about the Hault.  They could not give spacifics on NVS but general information.  This could last a few days or a few weeks yet.

Generally, in a take-over, the deal is made, the company requests a hault while the the TSX-v approves it.  They will ask for paper work and if there is any modifications they will send it back to the company.  When TSX-v approves the deal then the company generally will release the information of the deal.  When everyone is satified trading will resume.  It is very unlikely that trading will resume mid day.  In these cases trading will resume the following day.

So if the companies were still in negociations they still need TSX-v and IIROC approval.

Why can't NVS say this instead of keeping the shareholders in limbo?  What are they hiding during this whole process?  I think they really need a PR person.
