RE:RE:RE:Spoke to IIROCThe letter/email would basically state that we as shareholders are requesting that novus's management and board disclose to us why they have halted trading and speak to the recent news article out of China indicating a purchase of the company. We could request a special shareholders meeting (conference call) on our requests. Is there anything else other than the two reasons I listed above? Please provide input and I can draft something up. I think as shareholders we ate being put on the sidelines by managent and this is sloppy shareholder communication by the board and management. Does anyone knows any large shareholders (e.g. pension fund). I can contact them and I am sure they would be willing to sign on our letter.
