No one here is going to effect the outcome. If there had not been a 'leak' we'd be none the wiser today anyway. And one final point that I meant to touch on before...after the Aug 23rd MD&A, which mentioned the negotiations and delayed Meeting, the pop was only 6 cents or so. The sp had a pop in early Aug on volume which was not sustained, so i believe that these two events and the level of the pre-halt bids must be an insider indicator of the probable level of the potential t/o price. No point posting any more. Just waiting for reasonably positive (I hope) news which will come when BoD deem 'appropriate or required.'
