The price for the next couple of days will refect how desperate people are to get out. The buyers right now are major funds that can get 10% return on the next couple of months or the company / buyer if they are worried the vote may not got through.
20 minutes in and only 8,000,000 shares traded and we are down to $1.06. Not good. If the company / buyer thinks the vote is in trouble the price can go over the the 'joke price' of $1.18.
