TOL

TOLIf the selling price for TOL is what is reported in Calgary Herald, our deal is "steal" for the Chinese, however, I believe that another offer will be received from a Canadian venture in the next 30 days or so. IMO, mgmt. was doing a great job building the company, I just believe that possibly they have placed their own interests before the the shareholders in accepting this deal, but again you need a starting point. My question will the Q3 results be released before the AGM vote and if so do the Chinese reap the benefits for Q3 (net income will be $5M plus IMO)? For instance, if the Chinese started from scratch drilling costs alone would be equal to this deal (255 x 875,000= $223,125,000), land, startup costs, etc. included. JImGeorge, you really seem to be" pushing" for this deal and I believe that you will be proven right as it will be accepted by shareholders as the "little guys" appear to selling to larger investors who are interested in turning a 10+% profit over 60-90 day period . Thank goodness this board gives us our "right" to express our thoughts on this offer...........I think the offer is UNDERVALUED for these assets.........lastly, where do you buy a company for 2 times production revenue with no additional expenditures needed to keep revenue there.
