Novus Energy Inc > Hold or Sell?

Hold or Sell?

I'm undecided. Third time I've owned NVS, this time bought it at ~$0.70 back in August. My prediction is $1.20-$1.30 or slightly lower sales price. Already there is $0.15 layered into the price on acquisition hype. I don't expect to get higher than 30%-45% above the $0.90 pre-announcement. Today's price is irrelevant IMO. It's the venture, so I don't expect NAV. Been burned too many times expecting fair value on this exchange. Management sees another 20%, jumps on it, investors complain, but the deal goes through anyway.

Still, that's almost a double for me. My real concern is a reverse takeover by a private company wanting to go public. Those deals always suck; see Vero and Westfire, neither of which got the "implied" value of the deal.

Holding or selling? I can't decide...

Maybe you need to go back to school. $0.70 x 2 = $1.40

If you'd read it properly, you'd realize I was referring to $1.30 being an "almost double." Must suck trying to sound smart and looking like a total fool.
