Good Point by Shlinker

I think that he has a good point in terms of selling NVS.  He is right that once a for sale sign has been officially put up (Dec 17) and a data room open, it should take no more than a month to sell or at least get an offer if there is that much interest.  I am not saying to sell now but just that it should be taken into acount in an investor's risk reward analysis.  The market is saying nothing so far.  No action due to rumour or no rumour.  I still see the upside as trumping the downside so will hold.  Even a low ball offer should be 1.25 at least. But now that there is some interest in the energy sector, some may want to play out of NVS and into some of the new movers that may do just as well towards the end of March as NVS.  Hopefully we see an offer soon and then can get the best of both worlds...

They have one month to review the data room and submit a bid.  No one submits until the last minute as they don't want their proposels getting leaked in advance and running up the stock.  Be patient..

Ya I am most sure he was trying to help folks by suggesting (he won't) sell his shares. These bullboards are evil. I am holding for the prize, sell if you want. I hope some do sell low before a deal goes through though...it would look mighty good on them.....

Remeber Novus Management doesn't have to disclose a bid for 10 days so even if someone makes a bid on Jan 17, it may not be untill the 27th that any of us hear about it.

I have been in and out of the stock two or three times....they are up for sale.....I CAN WAIT....another couple of weeks..... I do hope some of you sell though....you won't....but it would suit you right for trying to shake the tree here......
