bidding process ??

Does anyone know the full details on how it works?  Bids close. Novus evaluates. picks one they like if there is one they like.  sighs arrangement with party with break fee.  recomends to shareholders. ??????  or something else in some other order.  Any insite fro the board who went through it?

Cookster, I agree that .5 of RRX share looks good on paper, however, if you analysis what both companies have in assets/production, I believe that NVS would be getting the "short end of the stick". I still think that the shares will go for 1.70 to 2.00, jmho.
