Pennydeadful not so bright

I think the thing that most people don't understand is that when a company buys NVS, they are not buying stock at 0.79 at the prices that stupid people are selling the stock at, they are buying a company and that company is worth over $2.00 per share.  I am sure that who ever buys NVS has already loaded up as much as they are allowed to to not disclose at these prices.  the rest will be over 1.50.

Ard, I totally agree. The market has the company valued at $150M at these levels.......this year production revenue will exceed $100M........net income over $10M. Are these the numbers of $150M company? To startup a company with the proven oil resources would cost over $500M just for the completed wells. This company has the proven oil resources, over 650 producing oil wells,affordable ...more

This is absolutely correct. Every ticket must be stamped either solicited / unsolicited. Also, both firms have institutional / retail components, so the trade flow isn't that meaningful, especially at low volumes.

I would think that the firm and indiiduals in the firn would be extra cautious not to get into a potential insider information pickle, especially so late in the process and at such low volumes.  Just not worth the risk.

ABoil, the volume was over 50K which I agree is low, but my main concernis that this was the first trades that i saw from either brokerage since the announcement. I'll accept your explanation as it does make sense. I was just curious.
