Quarterlies normally come out on the 15th. Q1 came out on time even though the situtation wrt sale was the same. The quarterly has nothing to do with the sale or the AGM. It's in their interest to get it out especially if it's positive, as it should be with higher oil prices in the previous quarter.

As a venture-listed company, NVS has 60 days from the end of the quarter to put out the report. They will probably put it out on the 30th - hopefully along with a deal..

According to the TD Waterhouse web site the numbers are due out on the 20th. My Guess is next week sometime. Tomorrow would be nice, but when has the company done what the shareholders want? This is assuming they will release the numbers at all.
