From where I'm standing, it sure looks like the only thing he was trying to maximize was a good deal for himself and management.
HEY HUGH - Have you ever heard about hard work and respecting the shareholders who helped you get to this point? So much for your re*****tion - good thing you're getting a big pay day because now your name is worth s**t.
