If one views this issue as "which direction from here" rather than all the admitedly nasty historical factors then I see this as a limited risk venture. Have taken the "average down" step and now will simply let this simmer for a while. Always nice if we could see some short term increment to provide that pleasantly contrasting "black ink" but the time is going by and should the hopefully positive animal study results come to pass then once again this company should be in play. I still wonder about a possible share consolidation prior to perhaps pitching this as a joint venture. The market cap doesn't change in the slightest but the current "penny stock" tag is a definite hindrance during negotiations with serious U.S. players. Onward and Upward.
