Well, I will give you points for enthusiasm.  Annnnnnnnnnnnd for the sake of those people who have been in a long, long while I sincerely hope all those good things come to pass.

I have no difficulty whatsoever is seeing nice things happen to other people as it really doesn't impact the eventual decisions I must make for myself.

The important thing as I see it is that we at least have some "dynamics" in our situation.  True, true, movement can go both ways but at least we have action.

Onward and upward.  Hopefully it will be an interesting and profitable ride for all concerned.
