RE: Hang in there LONGsI would suspect that a large percentage of the "longs" are still "hanging in" but have to admit that my perspective has changed a bit.  I think the "hunter" analogy is quite accurate and given the resources of the companies that would fall into that category I would suspect it really is just a matter of time.

i now seriously dout that NRI will continue over the long term and in the not too distant future will be subject of a successful takeover.  Another poster has questioned the #'s of shares held by the current management.  Those blocks of shares have to be viewed with a little skepticism.  Usually "friendly" takeovers involve some rather weighted long term perks for upper management that quickly moves them to the supportive side.

I continue to have sympathy for the real long term holders as I just can't see the probability that things will return to the lofty heights, share price wise, that existed when first they participated.

For those arriving in the last few years such as myself, we may well see a "reasonable return" but likely not the multiples that we perhaps first envisioned.
