RE: Management Where Are You ????A buyout offer of 300 percent above current trading levels?  Not too, too likely.

Given the 400 million outstanding shares I strongly suspect somewhere in the 70 to 80 cent levels will be more acceptable to the purchaser and "defendable" by management.

At this point a movement toward buyout would at least put an end to what in some cases has been painful and lengthy pondering on the company's future.

There are many who would take substantial losses at .80 but I suspect that the "majority" would find themselves at a profit level even though it is far below what did seem a more promising outcome.
