I like this part actually. They can't announce a consolidation and U.S. listing when markets are volatile and lack direction. They have to wait for a clear market direction to the upside (Bull market continuation) before announcing such listing. Such an announcement at the beginning of a bear market for example is a bad idea. Markets are in a volatile trading range at this point. They may continue the bull phase that started in March 2009 or they may turn down and start a new bear market. Management is doing the right thing when it comes to this point. They are waiting for improved sentiment in the markets before taking such action.
