RE: No hurry to buy NRIYou're correct in one sense. Reversing from a one year decline needs some time to develop. I mentioned before that a reversal will take some time. There will be a battle between bears and bulls at these price levels. The bears have had the upper hand until recently. I think the power shift has started. Furthermore, Timing your buy at the lowest price level is almost impossible.
