In all honesty, this company is prime for a take-over in my opinion, simply because of the under performing assets that the company holds would be so much more sucessful if they were in the hands of anybody who knows the business, since the guys currently at the helm were car guys to begin with and not much experience running a biotech/pharmacutical firm.
Lets not forget the carry forward tax-loss that the company holds that would look good for any  company that is thinking big to cover impending profits.

Time will tell but this has a bulls-eye  all over it considering how cheap somebody could buy it out for. These products that Nuvo holds could be so much more profitable with the right kind of ownership/management team/experienced sales force at the helm. So the cheaper this gets, this possibility becomes more possible! Cheers!
